Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned XXIII rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to complete the trial in CC No.3460 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
