ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents clarified that the petition mentioned patta lands of the petitioner shall not be touched while constructing the proposed bridge.

2. The learned Government Advocate passed on a copy of the letter dated 13.05.2024 issued by the fifth respondent to the third respondent, and a copy of the same has been furnished to the petitioner's counsel.

In my view, the stand now taken before this Court should address the concern expressed by the petitioner. 2/4
