ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the District Superintendent of Police, Tiruvannamallai District, (1st respondent herein) to direct the Additional District Superintendent of Police, Thiruvannamalai (2nd respondent herein) to register the case against the respondents 3 to 10 herein on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 22.07.2015 taken on file vide Na.Ka.No.1383/SPG/SB/2015, dated 22.07.2015, on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.Heard both sides. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the same set of allegations, the petitioner had already filed a writ petition in W.P.No.20427 of 2015, in which by order dated 31.08.
2015, this Court directed the Deputy Inspector General of Police, to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the matter in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Deputy Inspector Genral of Police, after conducting the enquiry based on the complaint given by the petitioner, closed the same. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also produced a copy of the closure report for perusal of this Court. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in the present petition. Hence, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
