MARUDHACHALAMURTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.RAMESH, Additional Government Pleader, on behalf of the 1 & 2 Respondents the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant interim direction to the official respondents to keep one post of Junior Inspector of Sericlture vacant, pending disposal of the above writ petition.
Since the writ petitioner has challenged the selection list to the post of Junior Inspector of Sericlture in the writ petition, the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Miscellaneous Petition cannot be considered at this stage and the same shall be decided at the time of final disposal of the main writ petition.
In view of the above, the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Registry is directed to post the writ petition for final disposal on 09.03.2020.
