ORDER

When the matter is was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo dated 22.02.2024 stating that sole petitioner died in the month of April, 2021 and his legal representatives have not approached the counsel so far. It is further stated that execution petition filed by the petitioner in E.P.No.35 of 2017 was dismissed on 26.06.2023 for failure to take steps to bring on record legal representatives of the petitioner and hence, the prayer sought for in the civil revision petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the memo dated 22.02.2024 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 22.02.2024 Index : Yes / No Speaking order : Yes / No : Yes / No dm 2/4
