Mr.Dhalapathy Vignesh, learned counsel says that he is attached to the chamber of Mr.M.Sriram, learned counsel on record for the writ petitioner. The learned counsel states that they received instruction from their client to withdraw the main writ petition. An endorsement to that effect has also been made in the main writ petition. Recording his submission and endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
