2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to allow this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay of 432 days in filing the written statement is condoned and the application is ordered as prayed for.

4. Post the Civil Suit No.296 of 2019 on 21.12.2020.
