Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.19211/2016 dated 02/09/2016 as this petitioner shall execute document surety of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) to the credit of Crime No.725/2016.
