ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 03.12.2018 vide CSR.No.851/2018 and to investigate into the matter.

2.It is seen from the records that the petitioner had already moved a petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. before the learned Magistrate seeking for registration of F.I.R. and the same was rejected by an order dated 14.02.2019. In such circumstances, the prayer as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court.

3.It is left open to the petitioner to agitate his rights by filing a criminal complaint under Section 200 of Cr.P.C. and workout his remedy in accordance with law.
