2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, based on the complaint given by some third party, the respondent police is frequently calling the petitioner and harassing him.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that absolutely, there is no complaint as against the petitioner with the respondent police. The respondent police did not call the petitioner for any enquiry.
