O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 3.7.2020 wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the property and to fix the boundary stones.

2. Mr. S.N. Parthasarathy, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent has already fixed the date of enquiry on 20.10.2020 at 11 a.m. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of survey along with all the relevant documents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the petitioner for the purpose of conducting survey, there shall be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the process strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
