The Inspector of Police, Hosur Town Police Station, Krishnagiri (Crime No.814 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from prison, shall stay at Uthangarai and report before the Uthangarai police everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13122 of 2020 dated 27.08.2020, the petitioner on his release from prison, shall stay at Uthangarai and report before the Uthangarai police everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. He would further submit that the respondent police limit is still in sensitive due to the occurrence.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13122 of 2020 dated 27.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Uthangarai police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
