ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition filed by the same petitioner earlier relating to the same examination in W.P.No.27925 of 2015 was dismissed on 14.09.2015. 2. On the aforesaid short ground alone, the writ petition is not liable to be maintained and in fact, exemplary cost is liable to be imposed against the petitioner, but we desist from doing so because the petitioner is a departmental candidate.
3. We may note that the issue now sought to be raised is covered against the petitioner in view of our order in W.P.No.27005 of 2015 (D.Anbarasan v. The Secretary to Government, Home (Police) Department, Fort St. George, Chennai-9 and others), decided on 08.09.2015.
