(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) C.M.P.No.9860 of 2022 in W.A.No.4228 of 2019 has been filed praying to substitute the petitioners 1 to 3, namely, Mr.K.Sivakozhundu, Ms.R.Amudham and Mr.K.Kandasamy, in the place of the deceased appellant Mr.V.S.Kumarasamy Mudaliar, in the writ appeal.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and on perusal of the death certificate issued by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Vanur produced by the learned counsel stating that V.S.Kumarasamy Mudaliar, S/o Sivakozhundu Mudaliar, aged about 85 years, died on 13.10.2015, the civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and list the appeal for hearing on 20.07.2022.
