This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order dated 07.04.2016 passed in I.A.No.208 of 2015 in O.S.No.39 of 2014 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee.

J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not pressing the Civil Revision Petition before this Court. Therefore, to that effect, an endorsement has been made and further, requested this Court, the suit is of the year 2014 and therefore, the Court below may be directed to dispose of the suit within the time framed by this Court.

2. In view of the submissions made by both the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed, with a direction to the III Additional District Court, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee to dispose of the suit in O.S.NO.39 of 2014, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
