ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his age old mother, pursuant to the complaint dated 14.07.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, who would submit that the complaint dated 14.07.2016 has been sent by Registered Post to the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to go in person, along with a copy of this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 14.07.2016, before the second respondent. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or action be dropped, otherwise.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
