This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Allikullam at Chennai in S.C.No.373/2021 dated 12.01.2023.

2.Heard both sides. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for ordering this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
