2. The petitioner is suffering from physical disabilities. He is running a bunk shop at the petition-mentioned site. He seeks protection under the provisions of the Street Vendors (Protection of livelihood Regulation) Act 2014. The petitioner has already given a representation dated 19.04.2024.

3. The first respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
