The present criminal original petition has been filed to register an F.I.R based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.12.2015.

2. The petitioner along with her family are residing at France, but owning the property at Mudaliarpet commune, village No.45, Kompakkam Revenue Village to an extent of 60,471 sq.fts., which is an vacant site. While so, some of the local rowdies and politicians, namely, Vachala, Manivannmsa, Jayanthi, Jayakumar, Ramalingam and others illegally shared the immovable property of the petitioner among themselves. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 07.12.2015. But till date, no action was taken. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

In view of the submission made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.12.2015 and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible. If no prima facie case is made out for registering the FIR, the respondent is directed to pass an appropriate order on the said complaint.

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
