(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G. RAMESH,J.) The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a direction against the first respondent to pass final orders in I.A.No.1248 of 2014 in O.A.No.108 of 2014 on the file of DRT, Coimbatore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. O.A.No.108 of 2014 was filed by the petitioner-Bank before the DRT, Coimbatore, under Section 19(1) of the Recovery of Debt due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act against respondents 2 to 6. The petitioner herein claims that the amount due from respondents 2 to 6 exceeds Rs.10 Lakhs. Further, the petitioner-Bank also filed I.A.No.1248 of 2014 before the DRT to direct the respondents to furnish security to the claim made in the original application or ordering attachment of the property belonging to the 6th respondent, till the disposal of the O.A.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-Bank. Considering the nature of prayer sought in this Writ Petition, notice to respondents is dispensed with.
4. In view of the nature of relief sought for, without going into the merits, this Court directs the 1st respondent-DRT, Coimbatore, to expedite the hearing of I.A.No.1248 of 2014 and dispose of the same within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
