This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 359 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against conviction and sentence passed on by the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode, in Crl.A. No.222 of 2018, dated 27.01.2020.

2. Mr. R. Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side), who takes notice on behalf of the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
