The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose her representation dated 16.05.2022 in respect of TASMAC shop No.4344 situated at Thiruvadur Village (shop in question). This Writ Petition is based on the apprehension that she has expressed in paragraph
No.11 of the writ affidavit to the effect that the TASMAC authorities are attempting to terminate the rental agreement wherein shop in question is being run at Survey No.143/1, Thiruvadur Village leased out by the respondents. 2.Mr.P.Arumugam, learning Standing Counsel who accepts notice for TASMAC i.e. respondent Nos.2 & 3 would assure the Court that no action will be taken except in accordance with the lease agreement dated 20.11.2021 whereunder which is in force presently till 28.11.2022 as well as in accordance with law and all applicable rules and regulations. 3.With this, the apprehensions of the petitioner stand assuaged and this Writ Petition is closed.
