Heard Mr.S.Rajendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader for first to third respondents. With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the 3rd respondent herein to consider the representation dated 08.01.2015.
3. The petitioner has filed an appeal before the 1st respondent as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 07.06.2012 and the grievance of the petitioner is that pending disposal of the appeal, now steps have been taken to implement the order dated 07.06.2012.
4. However, it is seen that the petitioner has not filed any stay petition before the 1st respondent. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a stay petition before the 1st respondent along with the copy of this order and if the same is filed, the 1st respondent shall consider the stay petition at the first instance, after notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent and pass orders within a period of two weeks thereafter. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
