This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 07.06.2020 on the file of the second respondent police and to file the final report expeditiously.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that so far no complaint has been received. Considering the above submission, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on the file of the second respondent and on receipt of the same the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the same in accordance with law.
