2. In the petition, it has been stated that one B. Senthilkumar is a family friend of the petitioner and he represented that he is in urgent need of car. Thereafter, when the petitioner demanded his car from him, he represented that the said car was missing and subsequently, when the petitioner approached the said Senthilkumar on several occasions, demanding return of his car, he threatened him with dire consequences. Though the said complaint has been received and CSR No.542 of 2015 has been assigned, till date no action was taken.
