This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the the second respondent police to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 05.10.2015.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the alleged complaint of the petitioner, dated 05.10.2015 has not been received by the respondent police. Further, it is submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as an accused in Crime No.953 of 2015, registered on the complaint given by his own wife for the offence under Section 4 of Tamil Nadu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
