The petitioner sought for a patta, by his representation dated 02.09.2013, based upon the title as well as prolonged possession. It appears that the said representation was given on 02.09.2013 only to the respondent no.1. Seeking early disposal of the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, though with the respondent no.1, a direction to the petitioner to give a copy of the representation to the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
