This writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to order bearing No. 57/E/2024 dt. 09.05.2024 issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same as far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to continue to engage the petitioner for carpentry works, for which post he was appointed and designated as 'Helper Grade II, Carpentry'.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced the copy of the order dated 05.09.2024. On going through the same, it is seen that the order under challenge has been cancelled and hence, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.
