O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a FIR against one Rajathi @ Rajammal and Durairaj and take suitable action on the same, based on the complaint dated 30.07.2015.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Rajathi @ Rajammal and Durairaj on the allegation of extortion, criminal breach of trust, criminal trespass and criminal intimidation. Though the said complaint was lodged as early as on 30.07.2015, no action was taken on the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present criminal original petition.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as no complaint is pending before the respondents, if a direction is given to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint, necessary action will be taken.

5. In view of the submissions made on either side, this court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint along with documentary evidence to the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents is directed to conduct enquiry and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
