O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to register the sale deed dated 24.03.2025 and to release the document.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, based on written instructions received from the third respondent submitted that the document is yet to be presented for registration before the third respondent. In reply to the above submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that online application was made and a token was also generated and the third respondent is refusing to receive the document.

4. Considering the rival submissions, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit the sale deed before the third respondent and the third respondent shall deal with the same and register it, if it is otherwise in order. If the third respondent refuses to register the sale deed, a refusal check slip shall be issued by assigning proper reasons. This process shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
