The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the second and third respondents in Crl.O.P.No.35706 of 2025 dated 30.12.2026 passed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the personal belongings of the petitioner/de facto complainant, including the pension book, identity cards and other property-related documents, are in the custody of the accused persons and that, despite repeated demands, the same have not been returned. According to the learned counsel, the refusal to return the said documents is with an intention to unlawfully appropriate the properties of the de facto complainant.
4. From the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is unable to find any violation of the conditions imposed while granting anticipatory bail. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second and third respondents/accused have not returned the pension book and other 2/4
documents. However, a perusal of the bail order would reveal that no condition was imposed directing the second and third respondents/accused to return the said documents. In the absence of any violation of the conditions imposed by this Court, no grounds are made out for cancellation of anticipatory bail.
5. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed. 01.06.2026 kv To
