2. In the affidavit filed in support of the application, it had been stated that the summons issued to the defendant had been returned 'unserved' and thereafter on 12.08.2020 this Court had permitted to the plaintiff to take out an application to effect service through substituted service.

3. In view of that direction the present application has been filed.

4. The application is allowed and publication is directed to be effected in anyone issue of Times of India, Kanpur Edition and in Daink Jagran, Kanpur Edition in English and Hindi languages respectively on or before 13.10.2020 for the hearing date 18.11.2020.

5. List the matter again on 18.11.2020 for production of proof of publication.
