This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the D.V.C.No.2 of 2021 pending on the file of the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has produced a communication of the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, to prove the fact that the house No.4/180, Kailasam Street, Tondiarpet, Chennai 600 08, was allotted to the respondent. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said allotment was in the joint name of the petitioner as well as the respondent.

4. Several allegations have been made by the petitioner attacking the respondent personally, which cannot be decided by this Court. Further, the points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which are factual in nature, to be decided during trial and not before this Court and hence, this civil revision petition stands dismissed.
