By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. The petitioner-Union claims that it represents majority of the workers and seeks recognition and though it has approached the respondents very many times, they have not been favoured with any kind of response and in this regard, the petitioner-Union submitted a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 27.04.2015 to the 2nd respondent and since no orders have been passed, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Varalakshmi, learned counsel who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

This Court, taking into consideration, the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner either in this writ petition or in the representation, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
