ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.Considering the allegations made in the complaint, the respondents 4 and 5 are directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken following the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others).
