ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pay the terminal benefits and all other incidental benefits of the petitioners husband who was serving as Tax Collector in the respondent corporation and died on 20.10.2015.

2. Mr.K.Thilageswaran, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that during pendency of this writ petition the respondent authorities have disbursed a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- as terminal benefits of her husband and also sanctioned family pension to the petitioner. The only grievance of the petitioner is that she is not aware of the break-up details of the settlements granted to her.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents are directed to furnish the break-up details of the terminal benefits granted to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous is closed.
