JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, both side parties present along with their respective counsel. They also filed a Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 01.12.2025, which has been duly signed by the plaintiff and the defendants and also by their respective counsels.

2. This Court perused the Joint Memorandum of Compromise and also enquired the parties about the compromise. They also admitted that the compromise arrived at between them. As per the Joint Memorandum of Compromise, the matter has been settled between the parties and also possession of the property was handed over to the plaintiff. Therefore, recording the above said Joint Memorandum of Compromise, this Civil Suit is disposed of.

3. The Registry is directed to refund the entire court fee paid in the name of the plaintiff as per rules.
