The petitioner challenges the award dated 08.07.2017 passed by the Lok Adalat in O.S.No.207 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruppur. The petitioner is a third party.

2. In view of the dictatum of Hon'ble Supreme Court that the Lok Adalat award can be set aside only under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India and the petitioner has filed the instant application seeking to leave to prefer the revision.

3. I have gone through the affidavit and satisfied with the reasons given.

4. In view of the above, leave is granted.
