2. Mr.N.Mayilsamy, learned counsel for the petitioner states that new parties, who are proposed to be added as parties are none other than the legal heirs of the defendant in the suit.

3. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the main case, if it is otherwise in order and list for Admission on 25.09.2025.
