The petition is to quash the final report in C.C.No.44 of 2022, on the file of the Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Arcot.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial has commenced in the proceedings and the case is posted for examination of I.O. on 11.05.2023.

3. In view of the advanced stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain this quash petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
