The relief sought in this Civil Revision Petition is to set aside the fair order and decretal order passed in I.A.14 of 2017 in O.S.No.10 of 2011, dated 03.04.2018 on the file of the Principal District Court, Dharmapuri. 2.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 submitted that the suit in O.S.No.10 of 2011, has already been dismissed by the Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri and hence, this civil revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the above submission made by Mr.P.Valliappan, assisted by two others, the learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5, this civil revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
