..Respondent Prayer:- Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to act on their letter dated 16.03.2011 and discharge / cancel the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds Registered as Doc No.3523 dated 20.07.2007, 6024 dated 06.11.2008 and Doc.No.3571 dated 30.06.2009 on the file of SRO, Vaniyambadi.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] This Court, in continuation and in conjunction with the earlier order dated 19.11.2020, is passing the following order.

2. In compliance of the order, Mr.C.R.Gopikrishnan, General Manager (Banking Operation) appeared through Video Conference and would submit that that immediate attention would be bestowed in the event of receipt of any representation and it will be given disposal within a short span of time.

3. Mr.Jayesh, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent Bank would submit that necessary documents bearing Registration Nos.7567, 7568 and 7569 of 2020, came to be executed on 30.11.2020 and those documents were also registered by the office of the Sub Registrar, Vaniambadi.

3. This Court heard the submission of Mr.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Bank also.

4. In the light of the above, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
