ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents police submits that on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondents police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
