ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on 12.03.2020, orders were passed by the respondent dated 17.12.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the orders passed by the respondent is not in line with the directions given by this Court.

3.In the considered view of this Court, this Court had merely issued a direction to consider the representation and pass orders. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the orders passed by the respondent, the petitioner has to independently challenge the same in the manner known to law and proceed further in accordance with law. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition and accordingly this contempt petition is closed.
