ORDER

The petitioners have filed this contempt petition to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.22676 of 2018 dated 12.03.2021.

2. The respondents have filed an appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court awarding compensation to the petitioners on account of death of the first petitioner's husband.

3. The learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that an interim stay has been ordered by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court on 24.09.2021.

4. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
