Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e. on Wednesday and Sunday of devery week at 10.30 a.m. commencing from 12th June 2016, until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.
