ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 363 & 366 IPC and Section 5(l) r/w 6 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and Section 9 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act in Crime No.8 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 01.04.2022, at about 12.10 p.m., based on the intimation received by the respondent police from the Denkanikottai Government Hospital, the present complaint has been lodged against the petitioner alleging that he had abducted, married and also committed penetrative sexual assault on victim girl aged 15 about years.

3. It is also seen, that the petitioner is living with the victim girl, however the victim is not even secured and she is aged about only 16 years.

4. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
