O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No.296 of 2017, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Cuddalore O.T.Police Station, Cuddalore.

2. The grounds raised by the petitioner herein may not be sufficient to quash the investigation. Hence, I do not find any merits in the petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition stands closed.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the complaint is pending from 28.05.2017 onwards, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

privilege of consideration of his case by the Advisory Board has been deprived. Considering the said submission, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the investigation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
