ORDER

This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondent to file a final respondent and forward the FIR 294/2015 registered by him to the I Additional District Munsifcum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Ulundurpet, Villupuram District and award costs.

2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Abdulla son of Babu Sahib for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC. Though the complaint has been registered in Crime No.294 of 2015 as early as on 13.07.2015, till date the final report has not been filed. Hence, this petition.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Ulundurpet and the same was numbered as S.T.C.No.1300 of 2015. referred to Lok Adalat and the accused admitted the offence and also paid a fine of Rs.1,000/-.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 5.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, now nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
