COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to set aside the orders passed in Crl.MP.Nos.3781 and 3782 of 2023 dated 26.4.2023, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 11.5.2023, has been complied with. The same is recorded and the suspension of sentence granted in favour of the petitioner in these two cases is restored and the petitioner shall comply with the other conditions imposed by the Court below.
